Shipping Times & Return Policy

SHIPPING TIMES:
USPS Standard with tracking takes 2-3 days.
FedEx takes 1-2 days.
 
RETURN POLICY: 
Customers have up to 15 days from the date the Product(s) arrives at their door to contact TRADE Party Gear by email at support@tradepartygear.com, for either an exchange or full refund. Customers are responsible for any and all associated shipping charges for exchanges or returns processed for Products that do NOT have defective issues. TRADE Party Gear is not required to offer returns, exchanges and or refunds to customers on Products that were on sale, clearance, final sale items, items that show wear and tear, have water damage,or that are missing original attached tags. 
Customer have up to 30 days from the date the Product(s) arrives at their door to contact the TRADE Party Gear by email at support@tradepartygear.com, for either an exchange or store credit. No refunds will be processed to customers  after 15th  day of receiving the Product(s). TRADE Party Gear will only replace  items that  are considered defective or not made of good quality within this time frame. TRADE Party Gear is not required to offer returns, exchanges and or refunds to customers on Products that were on sale, clearance, final sale items, items that show wear and tear, have water damage,or that are missing original attached tags.
